Read about our Freddy Morello and this Friday's talk about Clubhouse Atlanta ... then keep going to learn more about:
Keep thinking about being a host for our GRSP Leadership Weekend in January 2022 ... and give Jackie Cuthbert a call if you'd like to be a host family.
Join us this week to hear Rotarian Freddy Morello talk about the Atlanta Clubhouse. You can join us at LeMeridien or on Zoom at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/86202979419.
A native New Yorker, Freddy has spent over a decade leading vocational rehabilitation programs, called Clubhouses, up and down the east coast. Now as the Executive Director of the Clubhouse Atlanta team, Freddy brings his years of experience to the Dunwoody area with the goal of creating one of the top Clubhouses not only in the state, but throughout the world. Freddy is a member of the Clubhouse International Faculty where he has been privileged to travel the world, learning, educating, accrediting, and spreading the mission of Clubhouse International.

Dunwoody Rotarians joined with cigar maker GABO at Porter's Brew & Que on Halloween to draw the winning raffle ticket for the first of our Exclusive Whiskey and Cigar pairings. We sold out the 100 tickets for this raffle - thank you! You can view the drawing on our Facebook page.
To date, we have raised about $3,500 on ticket sales for all three raffles. Our goal is $11,000. So it's time to promote raffles #2 and #3 - scheduled November 21 and December 21! Buy your personal tickets and send your friends and whiskey or cigar aficionados to our website - www.whiskey-raffle.com
We are excited to be supporting the Marines and their annual Toys for Tots campaign again this year. Everyone is being encouraged to shop early for Christmas this year because of issues in the supply chain - and we'd like to encourage you to do early shopping too! When we gather for our Holiday luncheon on Friday, December 10, we'll be collecting bikes, toys and games to help make this holiday season great for needy local youth! You will also be able to drop off your Toys for Tots gifts even if you're not attending the luncheon live - more details on that as we move into December!
Contact Jim Glass if you have any questions.
Join us on Wednesday, November 10 to watch the sunset and enjoy the next meeting of the Dunwoody Wine Fellowship. Thanks to Rev. Dick Game, we'll be meeting in the Pavillion at St Patrick’s Episcopal Church, 4755 N Peachtree Rd, Dunwoody 30338 (pavillion is behind the church). Bring bottle of wine and/or a snack/appetizer to share.
Our event runs from 5:45 pm to 7:15 pm; sunset takes place at 6:03 pm. Hope to see you there!
The Rotary Club of Dunwoody is sponsoring the Dunwoody High Wildcat Theatre productions this year with a half-page ad in the playbills for their fall and spring productions.
Fall features William Shakespeare's Twelfth Night, a comedy tells the tale of siblings shipwrecked and separated.
Some of us plan to attend the Sunday, November 14 performance at 2 pm and have supper afterwards at Carbonara’s.
If you are interested, please click here to buy your theatre tickets online. We recommend the green center area. We hope that our club will be recognized before the performance.
Let Louise Barden know if you want to go to supper afterwards; she will make the dinner reservations.
Join us for theatre, supper or both - your choice!
Here's a way to keep up with all that's happening with the Rotary Club of Dunwoody. If you would like to add an event - or add a story to the bulletin, send an email to Jackie Cuthbert at cuthbert@mindspring.com by Tuesday evening.
