The Rotary International Convention is set to take place in the vibrant city of Calgary, Canada, from June 21 to June 25, 2025. This annual event brings together Rotarians from around the globe to share ideas, engage in impactful discussions, and celebrate the achievements of Rotary clubs worldwide.

Accommodations

For your convenience, we have arranged a block of rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn Calgary Downtown. This modern and comfortable hotel is centrally located, providing easy access to the convention venue and the many attractions Calgary has to offer. The hotels will need to be booked through our district.  Please fill out the attached form (click here) if you are planning to attend so that we can insure we have blocked the appropriate amount of rooms for D6900.  There will be additional information provided as we near deadline dates for deposits and payments, but this form will help us get contacts of those planning to attend so that we can all stay together.
