Retired School Superintendent, Mevlin Reeves
Past Haralson County superintendent, Melvin Reeves spoke to the Rotary Club of Bremen April 23, 2015. Melvin is a past rotary club member with a flamboyant personality. He spoke about how he coached in high school, sometimes 3 sports in the same season. He transitioned into administration when he ran against the incumbent superintendent at Haralson County and won. He spoke of the difficult times as principal during integration in the sixties. He told several entertaining stories of his years as an educator.
